    Founded in 1999, Napa Consultants, International offers branding and marketing strategies to entrepreneurs and professionals who target affluent consumers and are passionate about pursuing market leadership. We draw on years of experience as broker/owners of a commercial real estate firm in Beverly Hills, as teachers at the university level, and also as executive coaches for senior level management at iconic companies such as Apple, Nike, and Disney. Additionally, we craft a full range of collateral materials that build strong brands through print design, web design, and video production. In 2007, Napa Consultants was awarded a U.S. patent for an innovative Internet advertising technology that specifically targets the upper demographic consumer, especially frequent travelers. As a result we have developed a unique expertise in internet and social media marketing strategy. Our headquarters are now located in Santa Barbara, California with offices in Los Angeles.

    Ron & Alexandra Seigel are the Community Founders of the Language of Luxury, the fastest growing luxury real estate professional network on social media today. The Language of Luxury Blog is the most widely read luxury real estate marketing and branding blog on the internet.

    Prior to co-founding Napa Consultants with John Ullmen, Ron & Alexandra Seigel owned and managed a commercial real estate firm in Beverly Hills providing brokerage services for over 20 years. In addition to marketing multi-million dollar office buildings and retail centers, they offered corporate relocation services to such entertainment companies as Zomba (Jive) Recording Corporation, which was the world's largest independent music company. The Seigels also owned an executive coaching firm and presented over 100 weekend seminars nationwide on teamwork in relationships. The course was accredited through the University of California at Berkeley and the University of San Francisco as continuing education. It was filled exclusively by word-of-mouth marketing and from several appearances on radio & TV talk shows. Alexandra has a dual Master's Degree in Slavic Languages and Literature from USC. Ron graduated from California State University at Northridge with a BA in Sociology.

    johnullmen.jpgJohn Ullmen Ph.D. has extensive coaching and consulting experience at the senior management through CEO level. His clients span a wide range of Fortune 500 firms and industry leaders in technology, media/entertainment, consumer products, healthcare, biotech, finance, banking, real estate, professional services, construction, defense and government.

    John also lectures on leadership for the UCLA Anderson School of Management in the MBA, FEMBA and EMBA programs, and he delivers custom Executive Education programs as well. He was a finalist for the Teaching Excellence Award as voted by the students and his elective course was voted by the students on of their “Top 10” experiences in their graduate program.

    Based on his ongoing research and practice, he has published numerous assessment instruments, articles and authored/co-authored several leadership books, including:

    John began his career as an officer in the U.S. Air Force, where he served as a lead systems engineer for a top-secret Joint Chiefs of Staff intelligence program. He holds a B.S. from the USAF Academy, a Master of Public Policy from Harvard University, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from UCLA.
